Where do you ship from?
From our China warehouse or European warehouses in Germany, Spain, France and Italy—whichever has live stock for each SKU. Japan orders use the same network. Details: Shipping.

We supply wholesale buyers across Europe and Japan—vape shops, distributors and adult buyers where local law allows.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most disposable vapes start from 10 units. Please check the product page for the exact MOQ.
What products do you wholesale?
Disposable vapes, e-liquids and pods. Browse the shop or filter by brand, puffs and type.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, credit card, Trustly, Alipay, PayU, BLIK and Bancontact. We recommend bank transfer—no service fee, plus 5% off the order total. Message us on WhatsApp for bank details.
How long does delivery take, and is shipping free?
We ship from China or EU warehouses, depending on live stock. Europe warehouse → Europe about 2–5 days; China → Europe about 7–15 days. Delivery is free on DDP terms. Full detail: Shipping.
How do I track my order?
After you place an order you will get an order number. Check status on the order lookup page with the email used at checkout.
What is your refund and return policy?
Full refund within 24 hours if not yet dispatched; limited options after that; 15-day returns for eligible unused goods; insured loss or damage can be refunded or replaced. Full rules: Returns & Refunds.
Can individuals buy as well as shops and distributors?
