About VapeCribe
VapeCribe is a wholesale supply platform for disposable vapes, e-liquids and pods, serving retailers, distributors and adult buyers across Europe and Japan. The business is led by founder Zheng ZiXuan, who has worked in the category since 2018.
Who we are
VapeCribe operates the storefront at vape-cribe.com. We focus on dependable B2B supply: clear product information, accessible MOQs, and fulfilment that can draw on stock in China and in Europe. Our day-to-day work is helping vape shops, regional distributors and qualified individual buyers source the lines they need without unnecessary middle layers.
Our story since 2018
In 2018, Zheng ZiXuan opened multiple vape retail shops in Matsusaka, Mie Prefecture, Japan. Those shops were the starting point: learning which devices and flavours moved, how restocks really work, and what store owners need from a supplier.
As partnerships with manufacturers deepened—especially around Shenzhen, the world’s largest disposable-vape production base—the operation grew beyond single-city retail. Stable relationships with more than 200 vape brands made it possible to support buyers across a wider footprint. Today VapeCribe is a supply platform covering Europe and Japan, built on that retail experience rather than on a cold wholesale catalogue alone.
Where we operate
Europe: we sell across Europe—shops, distributors and adult buyers in every European market we can supply. European warehouses in Germany, Spain, France and Italy support that coverage.
Japan: our retail story started in Matsusaka, Mie Prefecture, and Japan remains a core market we serve alongside Europe.
Operational headquarters: Units 6808–6812, 68/F, International Commerce Centre (ICC), 1 Austin Road West, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Europe and Japan are the regions we supply; Hong Kong is where the platform is run.
Factory-direct supply from Shenzhen
Most of the brands we carry are produced in or sourced through Shenzhen. We work on a factory-direct model so shops and distributors can access current lines at wholesale pricing, with an MOQ that starts at 10 units on most disposable SKUs.
Brand partnerships include (but are not limited to): Bang, Waspe, VOPK, AIVONO, FIHP, Fumot, JNR, UWIN, Vozol, Airmez, Al Fakher, AL WAHA, AZUL, Bang Box, Bang Leader, Elf Bar, Foli, Merry Mi, MRVI, Okso, Razz Bar, Stag Bar, UOR, UZY, VHILL, ZOOY and Vapsolo.
What we sell
VapeCribe supplies three core wholesale categories:
- Disposable vapes — current puff counts, multi-flavour and screen devices for retail shelves
- E-liquids — bottled lines for open-system and complementary retail ranges
- Pods — cartridge systems for shops that stock refillable or closed-pod formats
We sell to electronic cigarette shops, distributors and individual adult buyers where local rules allow. Product pages list the specifications you need for purchasing decisions; category and brand filters help you build cartons by range.
Fulfilment footprint
We keep stock in China and across Europe—Germany, Spain, France and Italy. Which warehouse ships an order depends on what is available for each SKU when you place it. Carriers, transit times and tracking are covered on the Shipping page.
