These Terms of Sale apply when you buy from vape-cribe.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who you are buying from

The seller is VapeCribe. We operate from Hong Kong—address details are on the About page. Email: [email protected].

Age

You must be old enough under local law to buy vape products where you live or where we deliver (usually 18+ or 21+). You confirm that, and that you are not buying for someone under age. We can refuse or cancel an order if we cannot verify this when needed.

Orders

When you submit an order, you are asking us to sell those goods to you. We can accept or decline all or part of it—for example if stock has moved, a price was wrong, or we cannot ship to your address. If we cannot supply something you already paid for, we will tell you and refund that part.

Price and payment

You pay the total shown at checkout, unless we confirm a different price in writing. We dispatch after payment clears, unless we have agreed invoice terms with you. Goods stay ours until payment has cleared in full.

Shipping methods, timing and insurance are in Shipping. Refunds and claims after you pay are in Returns & Refunds.

Product listings

We try to keep prices, stock and specs right. If something important is wrong, we may fix the listing and contact you before we complete those lines. Small differences in packaging or finish between batches can happen.

Your legal duties

You must follow the rules that apply to buying, importing and reselling in your market. That remains your responsibility.

Our website content

Text, images and logos on this site belong to VapeCribe or our licensors. Do not scrape or copy the catalogue for misuse or to pass it off as your own.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss (such as lost profit) from using the site or from an order. If we are liable and the law lets us cap that liability, it is limited to what you paid for the goods in question. We do not exclude any liability that the law says we must accept.

Updates

We may change these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

Hong Kong law applies. If your local law gives you rights you cannot give up, those rights still stand.
